ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification

Petracarbon has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification. The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an international standard that defines good management practices. The certification aims at providing a global standard that spells out quality and trust. The ISO 9001 standard gives organizations an opportunity to increase value to their activities and to improve their performance continually, by focusing on their major processes. The standard places great emphasis on making quality management system closer to the processes of organizations and on continual improvement.

The respective Management shall, where practicable, assess the associated product/ service risks, basing on data/ records and before implementation – to institute necessary controls of the work processes for assured quality products & services, by preventing risk occurrence.

The management shall lead the organization towards improved result performance and system effectiveness by using the ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and the Seven (7) QM Principles to improve the Quality of Management for consistent achievement of higher performance.

We embrace the Five Absolutes of Quality. Through strict conformance to requirements, a prevention mindset and a zero-defect performance standard, we eliminate the price of non-conformance and create customer success.

ECITB MECHANICAL JOINT INTEGRITY

Petracarbon (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is an ECITB (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) approved training provider for delivering Mechanical Joint Integrity (MJI) training courses that is in line with industry standards and practices. Petracarbon’s ECITB approved Trainers have the technical and practical knowledge to deliver these MJI courses. Our in-house trainers have many years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical refineries (both onshore & offshore), as well as Power & Energy industries, that requiring bolted joint technology. They are fully trained and competent in the use of mechanical and hydraulic tools to deliver both theory and practical training lessons.

FPAL Certified Supplier

Achilles FPAL is a community used by major buying organisations within the Oil & Gas sector. It enables the oil & gas sector to use Achilles’ proven supplier pre-qualification system to identify, pre-qualify and assess suppliers for tender opportunities and minimise risk within their supply chains. Established in 1996, FPAL is a service provided by Achilles and the community is managed by a Steering Group to drive industry best practice.
